Rasha Abbas is a Financial Services executive with experience across strategy, operations, transformation, and technology. Rasha worked in three of Australia’s big four banks where she worked on shaping corporate and technology strategy; improving customer experience; leveraging technology to transform and digitise business operations; and, delivering productivity and cost efficiencies. Rasha managed large-scale operations and budgets (~$1.4B strategic change portfolio); led large teams (1400 staff); and, driven complex productivity and technology programs (~$1B cost out).

Rasha’s past roles include being the General Manager Program Delivery at CBA, Executive General Manager Business Banking at NAB, and General Manager Simplification and Head of Projects at ANZ.

Rasha is a member of the Digital Strategy Board Committee at the Children Medical Research Institute (CMRI).

Rasha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Melbourne, a Master of Applied Science in Information Technology from RMIT University, and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Kuwait University.

Rasha is passionate about supporting community work with activities focused on orphan support, youth career coaching, building leadership and enabling excellence mindset and self believe in youth.
